I am an empathetic leader building and evolving learning organizational ecosystems using the collective intelligence of the whole organization: to deliver business strategies through user-centered and data-driven methodologies. Being able to quickly pivot to changes in the market takes curiosity, inclusivity, leaders caring about their people, teams caring about each other, and the possibility to experiment, and learn in a psychologically safe environment. In 2016, I co-founded Liberating Structures Lab Berlin (2,700+ members & growing): a (now) global user group community dedicated to practicing and sharing 33 micro-interaction methodologies that help everyone engage and unleash the collective intelligence.
