Attending the United States Naval Academy, I was an All-American, captain of the wrestling team, and the Director of the prestigious Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference. Upon graduation from USNA, served as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Now the leader of an executive coaching practice that helps over 50 CEOs and executive leaders grow both professionally and personally. This practice is a compilation of all the leadership lessons from my experiences, education, and relationships. This includes elite-level athletics, the Naval Academy, the Marines, leading a global business unit, and building a successful start-up.
