Yes, all workshops can be conducted virtually and the half-day and full-day can also be completed in person, depending on your preference and needs.Remember, the FAQs should be tailored to your specific workshop and audience. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please do so as follows:
For a refund, cancel at least 14 days before the workshop start date. Please note, if we have organised travel and accommodation for our facilitators, we might not be able to refund those costs, but we will do our best to see if we can.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the workshop start date, we will not be able to offer a refund.To cancel your registration, please contact us at partnersuccess@aqai.io. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
