This is our MTP, our reason for getting up in the morning and why we’re striving to create a better world. 


40% of jobs that exist today will not exist in 10 years’ time. Fuelled by technology, change is coming at a rate that exceeds our ability to adapt. What got past generations here, won’t get the next to where they want to be.


Our aim is to not only quantify and provide insight into AQ, but also to help individuals and organisations to improve their ability to adapt in the fastest period of change in human history via our future coaching and digital training programs.

Aligned to the UN Global Goals

At AQai, we care deeply about the future of work, the fate of humanity, and our planet. As a result, our MTP is aligned with the 2030 agenda, the 17 Global Goals set up by the United Nations as a ‘to do list’ for the planet, focusing on goals #8: “decent work and economic growth” and #9: “industry, innovation and infrastructure”.


Working collaboratively with experts, universities, professors, leaders in psychology, people analytics, and human behaviour to build a robust and accurate measure of human adaptability in the workplace.


We are currently conducting a deeper research study with IE Business School and IE University. We have a philosophy of continual improvement and flexible mindset that (we believe) is aligned with the core essence of adaptability. 


We truly do value collaborations and partnerships, a focus on ‘who’ not ‘how’. Believing in abundance and not competition, we look for aligned mindsets and a genuine connection to our purpose. Forging deep relationships with companies and individuals who have unique capabilities to expand our own. From existing market access and influence, to credibility and knowledge, we are always looking to forge new connections, experiment and learn.
